Mannes College of Music administrative records collection
The New School Archives staff created the Mannes College of Music administrative records collection by integrating several collections documenting the Mannes College of Music (now, Mannes School of Music). The collection includes correspondence, event flyers, photographs, legal records, meeting minutes, illustrations, administrative records and reports.
Mannes College of Music Concert Office collection
Collection consists of concert programs for Mannes School of Music student and faculty recitals as well as promotional materials for other school performances. Also includes press releases and event calendars. Mannes was established in 1916 by David and Clara Mannes and became a division of The New School in 1989. As of 2018, Mannes is part of The New School's College of Performing Arts.

Mannes School of Music clippings and scrapbook collection
This collection consists of news clipping files and scrapbooks that document Mannes from its founding through the early 1990s. The scrapbooks, which cover the school's early history through the 1960s, contain concert programs, advertisements, and news articles. Other scrapbooks, some from before the establishment of Mannes, document the activities of the school's founders, David and Clara Mannes, in their work as musicians and educators.
Miriam Kartch Mannes College of Music administrative files
Miriam Kartch (1924-) was a longtime faculty member of Mannes School of Music, starting under Clara Damrosch Mannes in 1945 and retiring in 2015. This collection consists of administrative documents and notes from Kartch’s tenure at Mannes, most dating from the 1970s to 1990s.
