Film of the Saga Mink-Parsons Design Competition, an event sponsored by the Scandinavian Mink Association. This event offers Parsons School of Design students the opportunity to design mink garments for a young designer collection. The film includes classroom presentations on designing and manufacturing mink clothing by industry experts. Ann Keagy, chairman of the Fashion Design Department, discusses last year's fashions. There is an outdoor showcase of models wearing finished mink coats. The film closes with a presentation of the winning designs.
