Film of a boyswear competition for Parsons School of Design students, sponsored by J.C. Penney Company. The designs are for boys ages 4 to 15. Models include a son of a New York Rangers coach, a Metropolitan Opera singer, and two sons of John G. Avildsen, the director of the film Rocky. Jurors include Ralph Lauren, Oscar de la Renta, Salvatore Ciccarelli, Donald Brooks, and Alexander Julian. Includes commentary by Donald Brooks and Oscar de la Renta as well as presentations by representatives of the boyswear industry.
