Dean of Parsons, Charles Olton, presents Alfredo Cabrera the Student Designer of the Year Award. Frank Rizzo is recognized by Olton and John R. Everett for his service to Parsons. The year 1992 marked Rizzo's 25th year at Parsons and 10th anniversary as chair of the Fashion Design Department. Rizzo presents Gold Thimble Awards.
