The video begins with a local news clip, reporting on the Parsons senior fashion show. The report is followed by a montage depicting preparation for the runway show, clips from the show, and post-show socializing. Dolls, dressed in apparel modeled on designs from Parsons alumni, faculty, and visiting critics, designed by Parsons alumnus Robert Tonner, are on display. Designer Donna Karan, an alumna of Parsons, is presented the Parsons Award by Arnold H. Aronson, chair of Parsons Board of Governors and trustee of the New School for Social Research. The runway show, celebrating the centennial, features fashions representing every decade since Parsons's founding. Joe Donovan is the announcer. The Gold Thimble Awards are presented.
