This series consists of correspondence; biographical information (some of which may have been added after Feitler's death); certificates and awards; memorabilia; photographs of Feitler, family, friends and colleagues; scrapbooks of ephemera; and sketches, artwork and collages created by friends and associates. Among many others represented here are Feitler's parents, grandparents, and brother; Charles Churchward, her assistant at Ms., who later became art director at Vogue; Carl Barile, her assistant at Ms. and elsewhere; close colleague Bill King, a fashion photographer and photographer for Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater; Ruth Ansel; Brazilian ballet dancer Nelly Laport; and Richard Avedon.
