Contains designs by Design Works of Bedford Stuyvesant that have not been identified with a specific line. Some unidentified pieces were placed in this series based on stylistic similarity to the Design Works aesthetic, but might be from another stage of Nero's career. Some pieces may be the work of other designers. A design study for the "fish scales" pattern included here, for example, was created for Design Works by Calister Thomas.

The design studies included here utilize a selection of wet and dry materials on paper and vellum, including gouache, color pencil, watercolor, crayon, pen, and pencil. Motifs range from florals to animals, geometrics, and figuration.
