Scope and Contents
Dorothy Gillespie, artist and teacher; institute coordinator. A five-day institute for artists, professionals in the arts and administration, museum docents, cultural leaders, art historians, educators, and writers. Participants explore how the visual arts and the community can and do interact in mutual service. Students come together with experts and practitioners of the visual arts to learn how to establish networks of communications, idenitfy resources, and broaden their knowledge of current trends in the visual arts.
