Two sizes of cards with photographs. The smaller cards match the style and size of a carte de visite, while the larger ones more closely match the later fashion of a cabinet card, as would have been more common in the late 19th century.

Contains pictures of prominent artistic figures of the time, including Johannes Brahms, Pablo de Sarasate, and Alfred Corning Clark himself. Some of the cards are autographed and inscribed with a note on the back. The photograph of Johannes Brahms appears to bear his signature on the back side, dated May [18]94.
