The following description of the podcast was provided by Gamba upon donation to The New School Archives: ""Unbound" is a podcast series created by a group of graduate students at New School for Social Research’s (NSSR) philosophy department that aims to promote both philosophical diversity of perspectives, methods, and resources, as well as social diversity of the backgrounds of members of the department. Inspired by NSSR’s Diversity and Enrichment Initiative, MA philosophy students K. Eskins and Giuseppe Vicinanza created a platform for the voices of underrepresented identities in academia to be highlighted. By interviewing PhD students and professors, "Unbound" nudges the boundaries of philosophy by unraveling the realities underrepresented groups face in order to navigate the life of academia."
