This series documents the administration of schools affiliated with Parsons, including La escuela de diseno de Altos de Chavon in the Dominican Republic, the Otis Art Institute in Los Angeles, and the American College in Paris, also referred to as "Parsons Paris." Materials include memoranda, reports, correspondence, and printed material. Also included here are correspondence and memoranda relating to the unrealized affilitation between Parsons and the New York-Phoenix School of Design.

The section relating to the Otis Art Institute is the most comprehensive, and contains information on the logistics involved in the affiliation, including detailed reports and evaluations of facilities and buildings, accreditation documents, Articles of Incorporation, and meeting minutes and notes from New School Board of Overseers meetings regarding the merger.
