Scope and Contents

This series documents the administrative aspects of various departments, programs, and courses at Parsons School of Design. Items include correspondence, course and program descriptions and proposals, reports, and budget information.

The Environmental Design Department occupies the largest presence in this series. Also included are records concerning the development and implementation of new degree programs such as the Clay, Fiber and Metal Design program and the Photography BFA program, as well as materials relating to major projects within particular departments, such as the "Union Square project" organized by the Architecture Department. Also found here is material relating to the Adam L. Gimbel Library. Files are arranged alphabetically by program.
