What You Do | Eat a Peach, or "WhatPeach!," was a literary journal published at Eugene Lang College at The New School from 2007 until 2009. It featured creative writing by students and faculty members, and was funded by the Lang Student Union. The New School Archives only has one issue of the publication and it is unclear if the journal continued after 2009.
