Sometimes referred to as the "Swift Report," this report was undertaken at the request of the New School Board of Trustees following a preliminary study made in 1950 by Arthur L. Swift, Jack Goodstein, and David Weingard. The Swift Report was funded by private donations and a grant from the Marshall Field Foundation. One copy with extensive editorial marks.
