Primarily consists of agreement letters sent to individual faculty members regarding their courses and compensation. There are also lists of faculty with corresponding compensation and lists of course cancellations. The material found here is similar to the Financial agreements files, which document 1949-1962, when faculty were paid by a fee-sharing agreement; these files date from 1962-1963, showing the shift from fee-sharing to a flat rate compensation model that William Birenbaum introduced after becoming dean.
