One of the galleries depicted may have been located in the Graduate Center of the New School for Social Research, formerly located at 65 Fifth Avenue in New York City. The others are unidentified.
Kerrey, Bob and others, 2004
While New School archivists have not confirmed that all of these photographs were taken at the same event, stamps on the back of many of them date them as part of a set printed in 2004. Several images appear to depict the eleventh public hearing of the 9/11 Commission, held on May 18-19, 2004 in the John L. Tishman Auditorium at the New School's 66 West 12th Street building in New York City. A number of the participants are identified by handwritten post-its on the prints, as follows: Linda Adams, Stuart Buttle[?], Bob Kerrey, Alan Lewis, Dick Mahoney, Kabir Sehgal, Tracy Shykoff(?), and Carol Wilder.
