Violet Holsinger Mueller papers
Violet Holsinger Mueller (1907-2003) studied fashion design at the New York School of Fine and Applied Art (later, Parsons School of Design) from 1926 through 1929. She worked as an interior designer for Stix, Baer & Fuller, a St. Louis-based department store, and founded her own design consultancy in Belleville, Illinois. Her papers include personal materials, and documentation created during her studies at Parsons and her design career.

Zack Carr papers
After graduating from Parsons School of Design Fashion Design Department in 1973, Zack Carr (1945-2000) worked for B. Altman, Donald Brooks and, most importantly, as creative director for Calvin Klein. In 1984, Carr started his own line, the Zack Carr Collection, before rejoining Calvin Klein in 1987. The papers consist of items produced and compiled between 1969 and 2000, including idea books, photographs, clippings, student work, and sketches.

Fiona Walker Dieffenbacher student work and teaching examples
Fiona Walker Dieffenbacher is a fashion designer, author, and alumna of Parsons School of Design, as well as a faculty member and director of the BFA Fashion Design program. The collection consists of student notebooks and portfolios kept by Dieffenbacher while Fashion Design BFA student at Parsons School of Design in the 1990s; samples of visual aids she created as professor; and student work made in her classes in the 2000s.
Cipe Pineles's Editorial Design course dummies
Collection consists of twenty dummies created at Parsons School of Design by students in an Editorial Design course taught by Cipe Pineles. The course was situated in the Graphic Design (later Communication Design) Department. One of the dummies is Pineles's, used as an example for her students, titled, Ah, Me.

These records contain student work, publicity materials, photographs, and audiovisual material from the Parsons School of Design School of Fashion's undergraduate and graduate programs, primarily the BFA Fashion Design program. Stanley Barrows papers
Stanley Barrows (1914-1995) graduated from Parsons School of Design in 1940 and taught interior design there for over twenty years, becoming mentor to several generations of notable designers. The collection includes examples of student work compiled by Barrows, course outlines, class travel itineraries, photographs of Italian decorative styles, biographical material, and correspondence from Barrows related to his work as a designer and teacher.
Parsons School of Design Advanced Research Seminar student manifestoes
Collection consists of student projects created as a final assignment for Professor Esther Choi's Advanced Research Seminar: Constructed Environments during the fall 2016 semester. All students were undergraduates in The New School's Parsons School of Design, primarily in architecture, interior design, and product design programs. The projects take the form of design manifestoes, combining text, images, and different forms of presentation.
Robert Rabinovitz design papers
