Fred Brenner fashion illustrations
Fred Brenner (1920-2006) was a fashion illustrator specializing in menswear, who taught illustration at Parsons School of Design from 1962 until 1984. This collection is comprised of approximately forty original fashion illustrations, as well as a smaller number of publications featuring his work, reprints and pre-print process work.
Stanley Barrows papers
Stanley Barrows (1914-1995) graduated from Parsons School of Design in 1940 and taught interior design there for over twenty years, becoming mentor to several generations of notable designers. The collection includes examples of student work compiled by Barrows, course outlines, class travel itineraries, photographs of Italian decorative styles, biographical material, and correspondence from Barrows related to his work as a designer and teacher.
Henriette Granville Suhr papers
Interior designer and Parsons School of Design alumna Henriette Granville Suhr (1917-2015) specialized in merchandising and display design. This collection represents her work for such manufacturers, retailers, and designers as Baker Furniture, Bloomingdale's, and T. H. Robsjohn-Gibbings.
Laura Johnson collection
Laura Johnson (died 2002) was a New York City socialite and wife of Saks Fifth Avenue executive F. Raymond Johnson. The collection is primarily comprised of photographic prints and press clippings documenting her extensive wardrobe of couture clothing and active social life between the 1950s and late 1990s.
Parsons School of Design marketing and promotional materials collection
Printed publicity materials including but not limited to circulars, mailers, promotional booklets and pamphlets, and postcards generally advertising Parsons School of Design, or a particular course or program of study not connected to a specific department. Also includes a small number of audiovisual recordings in various formats, presumably made for promotional purposes.

Irene Walker interior design papers
Irene Walker (1919-2002) was a Parsons School of Design alumna ('51) and an interior designer, who worked for the firm McMillen Inc., before establishing her own firm, Joie de Vivre, Irene Walker Inc., in 1966. The collection consists of Walker's student work and documentation of her professional work.
Parsons School of Design administrative and other offices collection
Predominantly comprised of records produced by the Parsons School of Design Development Office, this collection documents fundraising, special programs, events, and reunion plans. Other offices included are Admissions, Alumni Relations, Career Services, Public Relations, Publication Design, Special Events, and Student Council. Eleanor S. Brown collection
Eleanor S. (McMillen) Brown (1890-1991) was a graduate of the New York School of Fine and Applied Art (later Parsons School of Design), who founded the interior design firm McMillen Inc. This collection consists of biographical materials, photographs, press clippings, and correspondence donated by her grandson, Michael McMillen.
