Independent study oral history project on New School history
This oral history project consists of six audio interviews conducted by New School for Public Engagement student Gerard O. Hemmerle as an independent study under the supervision of Professor Julia L. Foulkes during the Spring 2013 semester. Interviewees consist of long-serving university faculty and staff, primarily associated with what was known as the New School for Public Engagement. Recordings are all in English.

New School Festival of New zine collection
The collection consists of eight zines created by members of the New School community (mostly students) at a zine workshop hosted by the New School Archives and Special Collections. The workshop was part of several events hosted in October 2019 for the "Festival of New," a week-long celebration of the 100th anniversary of The New School’s founding.
New School marketing and promotional materials collection
Printed publicity materials including but not limited to mailers, viewbooks, pamphlets, and postcards generally advertising The New School, or a particular course or program of study.

This collection consists of archived websites published by The New School and members of the university community from 2016 to 2023. The archived websites include university events, exhibits, student and faculty websites, publications, and departmental websites.
