The Wolfson Center for National Affairs, in association with Harper's magazine and Seven Stories Press, presents a discussion of issues raised by Nat Hentoff in his new book The War On The Bill of Rights. Steven Brill, author of After: How America Confronted the September 12 Era; Lewis Lapham, editor of Harper's; Nadine Strossen, President of the ACLU; and Kurt Vonnegut, author, join Nat Hentoff in examining and assessing the controversies generated by recent policies of the Bush administration with respect to issues of civil liberties. Moderated by Brian Lehrer of WNYC.
