Overview This collection consists solely of audio recordings of Reiner Schürmann (1941-1993) lecturing on Kant, Nietzsche, and philosophical anthropology. Schürmann was a professor in the Graduate Faculty of the New School for Social Research, and The New School Archives staff assumes that the lectures were made during Philosophy Department courses he taught in the late 1980s.
